How will my watch be delivered?
We use expedited, tracked delivery with full-value insurance. Your watch is carefully packed and sent to the address entered at checkout, with a named-recipient signature required at handover. It is not left unattended at the door or delivered using a safe-drop instruction.
How is my watch protected in transit?
We pack the watch securely and insure it for the full order value. The named recipient signs for delivery. If the parcel is delayed or arrives damaged, contact us and we will help.
Is expedited delivery included in the price?
Yes. Expedited, fully insured delivery with recipient signature is included in the displayed price. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges, where applicable, are paid separately by the buyer.
How soon will my watch arrive?
In-stock watches are normally dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is completed. Arrival depends on your destination and customs clearance. Contact us before ordering if you need the watch by a particular date. For watches available to order, we confirm availability before you pay.
Can I change the address or ask for the parcel to be left outside?
For a secure, documented handover, delivery is only to the address entered in Stripe Checkout. We do not permit rerouting or unattended delivery. Please check your delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
